Weekly Prezzo Fisso Menu

Tomasso currently offers a three course Prezzo Fisso (fixed price) menu in addition to our regular menu. The cost of this menu is $30. For an additional $15, we provide a different wine paired with each course. This menu is available every night of the week except Friday and Saturday and it changes every week. Throughout the summer, the Prezzo Fisso menu will be based entirely on seasonal and locally produced and grown foods from the abundance of our New England farms. The wine pairings will be strictly organic and/or biodynamic.

Eat Right! Eat Local! Eat Real Food!
Wine Dinner at Tomasso Highlighting Locally and Sustainably Raised Foods

Sunday, June 22 at 5PM in Tomasso's Private Dining Room. Everything prepared from local ingredients and paired with organic/biodynamic wines. Featured speakers include Ilene Bezahler, publisher of Edible Boston magazine and John Stowell of Dole & Bailey/Northeast Family Farms. Please call 508-481-8484 for reservations.

Kick off the Summer with a special Wine Dinner at Tomasso Trattoria highlighting locally and sustainably raised foods paired with organic and/or biodynamically produced wines.   Tomasso's Executive Chef Justin Melnick will use only locally sourced ingredients to prepare this multi-course meal (imported flour for the house-made bread and pasta and imported olive oil are the exceptions).  Tomasso Partner and Wine Director Lorenzo Savona will choose a different organic/biodynamic wine from Tomasso's wine list to pair with each course.  Featured speakers at the dinner will include Ilene Bezahler, publisher of Edible Boston magazine and John Stowell of Dole & Bailey and Northeast Family Farms.  Ilene and John will discuss why eating locally and sustainably raised foods are better for your health, for the local economy, and for the environment.  They will also discuss challenges facing family farms and ways that you can help support local agriculture.   As with all of Tomasso's menu, everything served at the dinner will be made entirely from scratch with no packaged or processed ingredients.

And throughout the summer, the Prezzo Fisso menu will be based entirely on seasonal and locally produced and grown foods from the abundance of our New England farms. The wine pairings will be strictly organic and/or biodynamic.
