We proudly offer a wide variety of artisanally made meats and cheeses, both domestic and European:

Our salumi selection includes handmade products from Salumeria Biellese, NYC; Fra’Mani, Berkeley, CA; Molinari & Sons, San Francisco, CA; D’Artagnan, NJ. Our imports from Italy include Leoncini Rosemary Cotto Ham & Mortadella, Alto Adige Speck and Prosciutto Galloni (aged 24 months).

We feature restaurant-grade butchered meats and poultry from sustainably raised animals of Northeast Family Farms, Painted Hills in Oregon and Misty Knoll Farm in Vermont. We also offer house made pork sausage with garlic and fennel. Kindly call for special orders of meats, poultry and game.

Our cheese department is constantly evolving – We invite you to taste before you buy!

You will find an array of cheeses from Italy, France, Spain, Belgium and Holland, as well as local and domestic productions from Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire and California. You will also find handmade mozzarella and burrata from Fiore di Nonno of Somerville, MA. Have your cheese wrapped or let us prepare a wonderful cheese platter for you. We also have everything you need to prepare your own cheese platter including crackers, olives, fruit preserves and honeys.
