Panzano's Wine
Our wines are carefully selected from the finest vintages of small, family owned producers, with many of the wines organic and biodynamic, throughout Italy, France, Germany, California and the southern Hemisphere. Many of our wines are on the Tomasso Trattoria & Enoteca wine list.
Wine Director, Lorenzo Savona was selected as "Best Sommelier in Boston" by Food and Wine Magazine, and "Boston's Best Restaurant Oenologist" by the Improper Bostonian. He began his career as a wine salesman and has visited most of the wineries represented in our wine inventory. As a Boston restaurateur with Les Zygomates, a French Bistro, he began doing wine tasting events over a decade ago to introduce his guests to the wonderful world of wine. He continues these tasting events at Panzano, frequently with the winemaker as a guest speaker. He has been invited to speak at both the annual Nantucket Wine Festival and the Tanglewood Wine Festival since their beginning.

For personal or corporate gift giving, we suggest our single and double bottle wooden wine boxes filled with your wine selection and beautifully finished with clear wrap and ribbon.
Wine Collectors Consulting Build a wine cellar with the finest collectables to match any budget. By appointment or upon availability on a walk in basis. This is a free service and we look forward to seeing you at Panzano.
Wine Tastings Every Friday and Saturday These are free, casual, walk in tastings for everyone from the beginner to expert. Different wines are featured each week with special discounts on wine purchased at the tastings.

Every Saturday 4 to 7 p.m.
Tastings with the Wine Maker These are exclusive, "reservation only" wine and food tasting events held on select evenings throughout the year, each hosted by a leading wine maker. Guests are invited to mingle with the wine maker, and taste wine and authentic Italian cuisine by Panzano chefs.
